Spiros Charalambous is a screenwriter, director and producer based in Athens, Greece. Born in South Africa in 1971, he completed his studies at the Stavrakos Film School in Athens. His short films have screened and won awards at international film festivals around the world including Clermont-Ferrand ISFF. Spiros has directed for theatre and television in Greece and Cyprus, as well as worked across the board in many feature film productions. He is currently developing his first feature film “The Common Good”, with a script that has received the support of the Greek Film Centre and the Cyprus Cinema Advisory Committee. Spiros is the founder of Stazo Films, a production company currently developing its first slate of shorts, documentary, VR projects and upcoming feature projects. |
