Missions and objectives

The first contemporary collage festival & studio in Ukraine, CUTOUT opens to the world a fast, unusual,
emotional and intuitive, endless direction in art – collage.
It is a philosophy of changing an ideal reality already created by someone into one’s own unusual narrative.
Celebrating inexhaustible technology that shows a new, radical knowledge of the present and will help expand
the perception of contemporary art.

PURPOSE: to promote collage as an integral part of contemporary art;
MISSION: to acquaint the masses with one of the latest revolutionary trends in art, its history and techniques.
