We worked mainly with the “Youth in Action Programme” (until including 2013) but also with “Council of Europe”, “Anna Lindh Foundation” – as partners to different projects in MEDA – and “Europe for Citizens”. But starting from the year 2014, we’re strengthening and widening our partnerships in the context of “Erasmus+”, without excluding other programmes – such as the ones mentioned above and many others. Apart from international donors, we have also collaborated with national and local entities, such as local and national institutions, public administration institutions, local and regional councils (in both rural and urban areas). We are very well connected at the local and national level, with local partners, coming from schools, high schools, universities, local and national institutions, foundations, federations, local action groups (GAL), public administration and local & regional councils. We founded in 2015, together with other 4 NGOs from Ilfov County, a legal local umbrella entity (which works like a federation) – Ilfov County Foundation for Youth (Fundatia Judeteana pentru Tineret Ilfov – FJST – Ilfov). This foundation is meant to represent in front of the local authorities and institutions, all the youngsters and all the NGO’s that are working with/for youth (youngsters) in/for them, in Ilfov County. Regarding international activities, such as youth exchanges, trainings, conferences, meetings, PBA’s and other events of this kind, we strongly consider that our members have very good experience, as we have worked with many foreign NGOs in elaborating and implementing such projects (YiA, CoE, MEDA financing schemes, Europe for Citizens). Activities have been performed in both EU (Germany, Italy, France, Luxembourg, Poland, Greece, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, UK, The Netherlands, Sweden, Lithuania, Estonia, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, Austria, Croatia, etc.) and non-EU states(Turkey, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Ukraine, Moldova Republic, Russian Federation, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Belarus, Morocco, Egypt, Jordan, etc.). Topics of our past projects were related to social issues (migration, integration, fighting poverty, active citizenship), cultural aspects (respect for diversity, peaceful co-existence), political issues (democracy, freedom of speech), ecology, sports and arts (painting, photography, singing, dancing, cooking), entrepreneurship, creativity, survival methods, media (and new media). In these activities we have always involved NEET youngsters (both from urban and rural areas). Therefore, we have a vast experience in a wide range of topics. At the end of 2015 we managed to have our first EVS project approved (as HO and CO – long mobility of 10 months), which took place in Bucharest & Ilfov County, Romania, from January 2016 until August 2017. In July 2017 we got also our first Erasmus+ SPORT project approved and we’ve been implementing it until 30.06.2019 with great success. As we said above, we have as well experience, already, in writing and implementing Erasmus+ SPORT project. We have locations where we can host mobilities (up to 50 or 60 people in the same time), we have experience in doing desk research, developing studies, country reports, board games (educational games), non-formal methodologies, organising all sorts of events around Romania and abroad also, in places around the world like Reunion Island, Caribbean Islands, Greenland, South America, etc . We have also a really good partner network that we can involve, if needed, in any type of projects. Besides this, we collaborate also with schools, different type of educational institutions, local authorities, local actors and partners (depending on what we need, locally, nationally and internationally). |
