Missions and objectives

MISSION:The Society of Women Graduates in the Gaza Strip is a rights-based, independent, non-governmental and non-profit organization that aims to empower women graduates through capacity development, skill rehabilitation, job placement, awareness raising and advocacy and lobbying by creating local, regional and international partnerships.
OBJECTIVES:
1.Gathering and mobilizing educated women power in Gaza Strip;
2.Empower women graduates through multi-sectoral interventions (economical, social, cultural and politically) which will improve their living conditions;
3.Encourage women graduates towards innovative thinking and research;
4.Increase the sensitivity of different community members including decision makers towards women graduates rights, issues and priorities;
5.Improve the quality of provided services by SWG and maintain an increased level of satisfaction among different stakeholders.
