Missions and objectives

Maas Foundatin’s missions and objectives are
– To promote Literature and Art in Pakistan through Theatre
– Raising awareness in communities about social issues specially about women and Child rights and education through theatre and performing arts.
– Strengthen international ties through collaborative international performing arts projects
– efforts and working for an inclusive society specially for marginalized and person with special abilities through theatre and other performing arts tools
– To conduct and participate in International and national Performing arts festivals in Pakistan and around the globe.

Main Activities

MAAS FOUNDATION is a Pakistani theatre company and performing arts organization based at Lahore, Pakistan, established in December 2003. It is the one of renowned theatre company of Pakistan which is in continuous production to have performed both internationally and domestically. Since their inception, the group has performed over twenty four theatrical productions and more than 350 theatre shows till now. Maas foundation had performed all type of theatre as nonverbal, theatre for children, literature based theatre, drama and mime. Maas Foundation had performed internationally at South Korea, China, India, Sri Lanka and Turkmenistan. Maas Foundation after being member of Assitej International is now core member of Assitej Pakistan.
